Do something!
I’d like to see the government tackling climate change by ensuring that industry & companies are regulated, and everyone is enabled to cut their carbon footprint by giving us real alternatives to car use - i.e. integrated public transport that works. I’d like to see incentives put in place for people to make their homes greener by having solar panels. I’d like to see more...

Soda bread
1 lb bread flour
1 heaped tbsp bicarbonate of soda
1 pot natural yoghurt (approx 1 pint)
1 pint water (approx)
pinch of salt
(add seeds, oats, olives, etc as preferred; don’t use sunflower seeds as they turn bright green)
Mix flour, salt and bicarb together. Add seeds if required. Stir in yoghurt and water until mix is consistent. Add olives if required.
Divide into two blobs...
