Soda bread
1 lb bread flour 1 heaped tbsp bicarbonate of soda 1 pot natural yoghurt (approx 1 pint) 1 pint water (approx) pinch of salt (add seeds, oats, olives, etc as preferred; don’t use sunflower seeds as they turn bright green) Mix flour, salt and bicarb together.
